MixCalc（以下「本アプリ」）は、PaletteTools（以下「当方」）が提供する、比率計算と配合レシピ管理のためのオフライン向けアプリです。当方はユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、本アプリを個人情報を収集しない設計としています。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・連絡先などの個人情報を一切収集・送信しません。ユーザーが本アプリ内で作成するデータ（計算内容、配合レシピ、材料、メモ、写真、設定など）は、すべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。当方のサーバーや外部に送信されることはありません。
レシピに添付する写真は、ユーザーが端末から選択した場合にのみ、端末内のアプリ領域に保存されます。写真が外部に送信・アップロードされることはありません。
本アプリはアカウント登録・ログイン・クラウド同期の機能を持ちません。
本アプリは広告を表示せず、第三者の解析ツール・トラッキングも使用しません。
本アプリの有料機能（買い切りのProロック解除）は、Google Play の課金システムを通じて処理されます。決済情報は Google が取り扱い、当方が支払い情報を受領・保存することはありません。購入状態の判定は Google Play の購入情報にもとづきます。
本アプリのバックアップ／エクスポート機能は、ユーザーの操作により端末内またはユーザーが選択した保存先にファイルを書き出すもので、当方や第三者に送信されることはありません。
当方は、収集した情報がないため、いかなる個人情報も第三者に販売・共有・提供しません。
本アプリ内のデータは、ユーザーが本アプリの機能で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保持されます。ユーザーが端末内または選択した保存先へ書き出したバックアップファイルは本アプリの管理外となるため、ユーザー自身で削除してください。当方はユーザーデータを収集・保有していないため、当方のサーバー上に削除対象となるユーザーデータはありません。
本アプリは特にお子様を対象としたものではなく、お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や機能の追加に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

MixCalc ("the App") is an offline-first application for ratio calculation and recipe management, provided by PaletteTools ("we"). We respect your privacy, and the App is designed not to collect any personal information.
The App does not collect or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, location, or contacts. All data you create in the App (calculations, recipes, materials, notes, photos, and settings) is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers or any third party.
Photos you attach to recipes are stored only within the App's storage on your device, and only when you choose them. Photos are never uploaded or transmitted.
The App has no account registration, login, or cloud sync features.
The App shows no advertising and uses no third-party analytics or tracking.
The paid feature (a one-time Pro unlock) is processed through Google Play's billing system. Payment information is handled by Google; we do not receive or store any payment details. Pro status is determined from your Google Play purchase state.
The backup/export feature writes files to your device or a location you choose, at your request. These files are not sent to us or any third party.
Because we collect no information, we do not sell, share, or provide any personal information to third parties.
Data in the App remains on your device until you delete it using an available App function or uninstall the App. Backup files exported to your device or a location you choose are outside the App's control and must be deleted by you. Because we do not collect or retain user data, there is no user data on our servers for us to delete.
The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or app features. We will post any material changes on this page.
